General Conference

In September, Grandpa Osguthorpe was asked to speak in General Conference. We headed down to Salt Lake for General Conference weekend to be able to watch him in the Conference Center. It was an amazing experience. Olivia got to come too, which made it even more exciting for Rich and I. Linda and Uriah Grant, Rich's friends from Toronto, flew in to SLC and joined us for the weekend. My parents were in town for conference as well, and were kind enough to watch Trenton and Lola while we attended the Saturday morning session. It was one of those experiences that is hard to put into words, but one that our family will remember forever. We returned home after the weekend feeling very grateful for our parents, and the examples they have given us of faithfulness, goodness, and love.
